All Points Communications, Inc., is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact our Technical Services Line at 210-348-9205, and request Wayne Horn. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST (closed on holidays) . NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing service, All Points Communications will be glad to service that product. In the event the product must go to the factory, there will be a $30.00 shipping & handling fee. |
Statement of Guarantee:
All Points Communications, Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
